Why ICA?

 ICA works to enhance the lives of individuals, families, and groups through offering ‘Talk Therapy’.
Our approach is based on the principles of Tazkiyat (Islamic self-purification) to lend a helping hand to those experiencing issues including depression, anxiety and family conflict.

All counsellors are, accredited professionals. ICA allows you to connect with them in a safe and private online environment. Anything you share is confidential.

Affordable

Pay a low flat fee for unlimited counselling with your counsellor. Counselling doesn’t have to be expensive. Fees should not be a barrier to accessing our services. 

Convenient

Do it in your own time and at your own pace. Communicate with your counsellor as often as you want and whenever you feel it’s needed. Help is available at your time and your place.
